Job Title

A senior construction professional is sought after to oversee projects with a value between $1M and $10M. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial site management experience, excellent communication skills, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

This is a full-time role based in Townsville, responsible for managing site activity day-to-day and overseeing subcontractors. The selected individual will ensure delivery aligns with program and quality expectations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Strong commercial site management experience on projects from $1M to $10M
  • Confident in managing trades, coordinating schedules, and driving quality onsite
  • Solid understanding of safety, compliance, and subcontractor management
  • Strong communication skills and a reliable, self-sufficient approach
  • Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence essential
