Home Care Worker Position

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate home care worker to join our team. As a home care worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

The role involves providing personal care, transport, shopping, meal preparation, and companionship services to clients who require varying levels of support. You will work closely with our dedicated Care Coordination Team, consisting of trained Enrolled and Registered Nurses, to ensure high-quality care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Transporting clients to appointments and outings
  • Shopping and preparing meals for clients
  • Providing companionship and social interaction to clients

Requirements:

  • A minimum Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Disability
  • Current Driver's license and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle
  • Current Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Australian Federal Police Check
  • NSW Working with Children's Check
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change
  • Genuine passion for providing high-quality care to clients
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
