About the RoleThis is an opportunity to make a positive impact in people's lives by assisting with daily tasks such as transport, shopping, personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and social activities.
- Transport clients to appointments and engage in conversation
- Assist with grocery shopping and household chores
- Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
- Offer companionship and social interaction to clients
- Prepare meals and snacks for clients
- Accompany clients on outings and provide support in the community
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- A minimum Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability
- A current Driver's license and insured vehicle
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications
- An Australian Federal Police Check
- A NSW Working with Children Check
Ongoing support and supervision are provided through our dedicated Care Coordination Team, which includes trained nurses.
