About Our Care Team

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join our community-based care team.

The ideal candidate will be working in a dynamic setting, providing individualized support to clients in their homes. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work closely with Registered Nurses and Allied Health professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering personalized support to clients in accordance with their care plans and medical requirements
  • Administering medication and providing complex clinical care as needed
  • Monitoring and reporting on client wellbeing to ensure optimal health outcomes
  • Providing guidance and coaching to Community Support Professionals and Support Staff as required
  • Participating in regular staff meetings and attending training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

What We Require

  • A minimum Diploma of Nursing or higher qualification
  • A current CPR/First Aid Certificate and AHPRA Registration
  • A reliable and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance preferred) for travel between clients
  • Smartphone with internet access for communication and record-keeping
  • Proof of vaccination (where relevant) to ensure the health and safety of our clients
