Compassionate Aged Care Professional Wanted

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to individuals in need? We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Aged Care Professional to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Aged Care Professional to work with our clients in Maroochydore, QLD. As a Patient Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized care and support to clients with varying levels of need
  • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, and dressing
  • Preparing meals and snacks, as well as assisting with feeding
  • Managing medication and administering treatments as required
  • Encouraging socialization and engagement through activities and exercises

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III/IV in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability/HSA or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in aged care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:
