Role Overview

The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in leading senior managers and team leaders to achieve operational success for the WoVG Contact Centre.

They must possess in-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, be skilled in workforce management principles, and have the capacity to mentor team leaders effectively.
