Job Description

The role of Financial Operations Coordinator supports the effective delivery of financial operations across a large organisation. This position plays a key role in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in financial processes.

About The Role

This position is responsible for leading daily financial operations, driving process optimisation, leading team performance, and ensuring strong stakeholder relationships. The Financial Operations Coordinator leads and coordinates daily financial operations, ensuring timely invoice processing and supplier payments.

  • Daily financial operations include managing cash flow, tracking invoices, and paying suppliers on time.
  • The role requires expertise in financial systems and Microsoft Excel to manage financial data efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills are essential to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and coordinate daily financial operations, including budget management, expense tracking, and accounts payable.
  2. Develop and implement financial process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  3. Manage team performance, providing guidance and support to team members.
  4. Collaborate with finance teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
  5. Oversee corporate purchasing card program and ensure compliance with financial policies and controls.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to support teams and drive performance.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
