Specialist Lifting Operations Trainer

A specialist in high-risk work training is sought after to facilitate the delivery of accredited courses in lifting operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction and civil sectors, as well as a strong background in teaching and assessment.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering engaging and relevant training services, ensuring content meets industry standards, and supervising students' behaviors. Travel may be required to deliver training off-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver combined theory and practical training activities
- Ensure content meets ASQA/RTO Standards
- Supervise students' behaviors
- Maintain equipment and training venues
- Travel to deliver training off-site
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Cert IV TAE (plus upgrade units if required)
- High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
- Experience in lifting operations within the construction/civil or training sectors
- Accreditation by WorkSafe as an Individual Assessor (or ability to gain accreditation)
- Working Children Check Card and Police Check
- Australian Residence and valid Australian Drivers Licence

About the Role:
The position is full-time, however we are open to discussion regarding a roster that suits you. We have a range of days available for teaching between 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday. Weekend work may also be available.
