About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at JK Personnel. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their experience is seamless and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and provide accurate information.
  • Audit customer documents to ensure they are correct and up-to-date.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure customer satisfaction and case efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably within the financial or insurance sector.
  • Strong IT skills, including the ability to learn new applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
