About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team.

As an Occupational Therapist with our organisation, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of participants and deliver timely therapeutic services.
  • Evaluate participants' functional abilities through clinical observations and standardised assessments.
  • Develop treatment plans tailored to each participant's unique needs and goals.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to enhance participants' quality of life and promote independence.
  • Mentor and support early career clinicians to ensure their growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with current legislation and regulations to maintain compliance.
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience in delivering person-centred Occupational Therapy services.
  • Ability to mentor and supervise other Occupational Therapists.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
