Disability Support Professional

We are seeking experienced and passionate Disability Support Workers to join our team in the Geelong area.
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide quality services and safeguards to clients with an emphasis on skill and capacity building to encourage independence and confidence for meaningful and active inclusion in society.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting individuals with physical and behavioral conditions
- Building on individual strengths and enabling participants to reach their goals
- Providing 24-hour complex supports
- Assisting with supported independent living, community access and transport, domestic and personal care
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Certificate IV in Disability
- Minimum 12 months experience working with clients that have complex care requirements
- Valid Driver's Licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
