Job Description:

Delivering impactful solutions for clients in a rapidly changing world requires vision, expertise, and collaboration. As a Technical Lead/Solution Architect with our team, you will design and support the delivery of effective capabilities across our organisation to implement Optimal Reality solutions for challenging client problems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Define technical solutions for end-to-end intelligent systems combining real-time data, simulation, GenAI, and agentic AI capabilities.
  • Provide technical architecture support and guidance for delivery teams.
  • Lead core product development activities for scaled client implementations.
  • Support business development, including preparing proposals and scoping client engagements.
  • Present and explain Optimal Reality solutions in business development presentations.
  • Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers to implement client solutions aligned with product vision.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in a client-facing or technical advisory role, in-house or in consulting.
  • Experience leading complex technology transformation projects, managing senior relationships with public and private sector organisations.
  • Shaping technical solutions and cloud architecture, especially AWS-based architecture.
  • Experience in scaled cloud deployment, including DevOps, security, and infrastructure.
  • Experience with simulation/digital twin implementation.
  • Technical development experience, preferably in microservices systems.
  • Familiarity with Python, Julia, SQL, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
  • Experience with GenAI/LLM Engineering and Agentic AI systems.
  • Possession or eligibility for an AGSVA baseline clearance.
