Job Title: Capital Works Coordinator

Job Description

This is a fixed-term role that will see you support the Capital and Minor Works Department at our Hamilton Campus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing various capital and maintenance works, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing comprehensive project documentation and planning, including resources, consultants, contractor programs, and budgets.
  • Performing coordinating and management tasks, such as project scheduling, risk management, and site supervision.
  • Maintaining project documentation, preparing and delivering reports, and handling financial claims and queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Successful applicants will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
  • A Working with Children Check and a satisfactory Police Records Check (or ability to achieve one).
