In this role you will be providing coaching and counselling support to help individuals manage their work, health and life journey.
Using a client-centred model of care and brief therapy you will deliver clinically validated support across a wide range of issues.Working with us offers you:

• Qualifications in Psychology or Social Work with current registration and accreditation
• Brief therapy solution-focused intervention skills
• Critical incident experience is desirable, as is experience in workplace intervention strategies such as facilitated discussions, and workplace behaviour coaching
• The ability to identify workplace issues and communicate these appropriately with stakeholders
