Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to configure and enhance our Workday platform, focusing on core Human Capital Management modules.

This role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting and configuring Workday HCM modules, as well as knowledge of HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support Workday HCM modules
  • Provide system support via ticketing, including prioritization, issue resolution, testing, and communication back to end users
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop functional specifications and implement solutions
  • Participate in continued Workday feature release updates, assessing impacts on the business and executing system testing
  • Maintain clear system documentation, including process flows and configuration guides
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supporting and configuring Workday HCM modules
  • Knowledge of HR business processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Able to thrive in large, complex environments
  • Collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
