**Kingston Human Capital **has been engaged by one of Queensland's leading Government Departments to assist in sourcing for **two (2) efficient and proactive Project Support Officers** to join their team ASAP**.**

**As the A03 Project Support Officer, you will**
- Provide administrative support services: database administration,office logistics support, word processing, correspondence tracking, file management, and inbox management
- Interact with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior executives, industry professionals, and internal teams to tackle a wide range of issues
- Provide administrative support and efficiently manage the Discipline Lead's diary, scheduling meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Analyse enquiries from various stakeholders, and take appropriate action on behalf of the Business Manager
- Monitor, maintain, update and progress correspondence and related filing systems
- Provide valuable support for routine administrative processes across various departments, including Human Resources, Finance, and Procurement
