About The Role

This position provides high-quality administrative support with a strong emphasis on resource coordination, ordering and tracking, and maintaining accurate records.

The key focus of this role is sourcing materials required for servicing, repair, and maintenance of plant and equipment, while assisting with effective scheduling of workshop activities.

  • We seek an individual who demonstrates creativity, accessibility, respect, energy, and a commitment to safety.
  • Demonstrated experience in administration and customer service with ability to deliver agreed outcomes on time.
  • Certificate in Administration or related field.
  • Proven sound interpersonal skills with ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer literacy with efficient typing speed and experience in Microsoft Office suite and other corporate software.
