
Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Culinary Operations Manager to oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills to motivate and train team members to meet our high standards of quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising Kitchen Staff: Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Maintaining Food Safety Standards: Ensure all food safety protocols are followed at all times, maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
- Recipe Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to create and update recipe menus, ensuring dishes meet our high-quality standards.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication.
Requirements for Success
To excel in this role, candidates must possess:
- Proven Culinary Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Familiarity with Food Safety Regulations: Knowledge of local and national food safety regulations, including sanitation and handling procedures.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and train team members, promoting a positive work environment and fostering open communication.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with colleagues and management.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
