Job Title

Role Summary:

As a Logistics and Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital part in supporting our regional operations by ensuring meetings, events, and consultations are delivered smoothly, safely, and on time. This includes planning and coordination, on-the-ground support, asset management, and providing excellent customer service to our constituents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide logistics support for meetings and events
  • Manage vehicles and equipment
  • Assist with hospitality and catering
  • Evaluate venues and sites

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to coordinate logistics and manage assets
  • Practical experience in office and field environments
  • Hands-on approach and commitment to teamwork
  • A current NT C Class driver's licence
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a similar role
  • Level of health and fitness that supports working in harsh climates and conditions
