Senior Regional Operations Manager

This role plays a crucial part in the delivery of property and asset services across South Australia and the Northern Territory as an Australian Department of Defence partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operations of a defined region or base, reporting directly to the Property and Asset Services (PAS) regional manager.
  • Ensure effective financial performance, safety management, incident response, and continuous improvement activities are implemented.
  • Monitor and manage the financial performance of the region/base, ensuring budgets are adhered to and financial targets are met.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations, fostering a culture of safety across all operations.
  • Coordinate and manage the response to incidents, ensuring effective resolution and post-incident analysis.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a leadership role within a similar operational environment.
  • Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting and financial performance monitoring.
  • Proven experience in safety management including incident response and resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.

Must be an Australian citizen able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
