Leading Aged Care Professional Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our 100-bed Residential Aged Care facility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, compliance, and resident care. This role involves leading a team of dedicated professionals, implementing service improvements, and fostering a culture of excellence and respect within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership of facility operations, staff management, and budgeting
- Maintenance of high standards of resident care and satisfaction
- Leadership and support for staff development and training initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a strong commitment to aged care excellence. They will possess:
- AHPRA registration and clinical background essential for this role
- Prior experience in aged care management or facility leadership roles
- Strong leadership, financial management, and communication abilities
