Job Opportunity

We are seeking skilled professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to our elderly residents.

  • Enjoyment in assisting elderly people, with a regard and understanding of the older generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to changing needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support / Ageing at a minimum.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts.
  • Able to work night duty shifts including on weekends.
  • Experience in an Aged Care Facility is essential.
  • Desirable: Experience in dementia care and knowledge of contemporary Aged Care practices.
  • Proficiency in computer skills with good written and oral communication.
  • Valid working rights in Australia.
  • Consent to a criminal record check (police check).
  • Attend a functional assessment.
  • PREFERRED Covid-19 vaccination.

Is compassionate and respectful towards our elderly residents. Has strong interpersonal skills and able to build trust with residents and their families. Is physically fit and able to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and standing for long periods. Possesses excellent time management skills and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
