Aged Care Clinical Leader
Job Description
As an Aged Care Clinical Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality person-centred care to our residents. You will lead the clinical and care team in the day-to-day operations of our 64-bed Nursing Home, ensuring that all nursing functions run smoothly and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse;
- Experience in the Aged Care industry, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills;
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and think critically;
- Strong clinical skills and understanding of aged care standards, care delivery models, resident choice, and reporting requirements.
