Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking a Centre Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our retail shopping centre asset. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining efficient control over operating costs, preparing budgets and reports, and fostering excellent relationships with tenants.
About the Role- Oversee the day-to-day management of the retail shopping centre asset, ensuring efficient control over operating costs.
- Prepare income and expenditure budgets, monthly operational reports, sales and marketing reports, and leasing reports.
- Foster excellent relationships with tenants, assist retailers with strategies to boost foot traffic, and collaborate with marketing teams to maximize tenant mix.
- Experience as a Retail Manager or Centre Manager or Retail Property Manager.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Outstanding communication and administration skills.
- Strong financial acumen.
- Excellent time management.
