We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Production Assistant. This position offers the chance to work within a highly specialized, forward-thinking engineering environment.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, active role within a fast-paced workshop environment, supporting a variety of production and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely handling and moving work orders and components throughout the workshop.
  • Coordinating the dispatch process, including wrapping and packing goods.
  • Assisting in the preparation of parts before and after production.
  • Performing general cleaning and workshop maintenance to maintain safe working conditions.
  • Supporting tradespeople with various tasks as required.
  • Carrying out local deliveries using company vehicles (as needed).
Requirements:
  • A valid forklift license.
  • A current driver's license.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.

Previous experience in a workshop, warehouse, or manufacturing environment will be well regarded.
