About the Role:

Based in Loganholme, QLD, the Production Assistant will support manufacturing and packing operations for both wet and dry formulations. Responsibilities include hands-on production tasks, equipment handling, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to meet production goals. We seek energetic, detail-oriented individuals proficient in Excel and SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in coordinating and executing production schedules for wet and dry wellness products.
  2. Support production planning using Excel and other digital tools.
  3. Assist in bulk product manufacturing and packing.
  4. Complete batch documentation and in-process records.
  5. Report deviations and non-conformances.
  6. Ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs.
  7. Follow OH&S requirements and safety protocols.
  8. Use Excel and SAP for inventory tracking and production planning.
  9. Liaise with internal departments to ensure material availability.
  10. Answer phone calls and assist with customer queries professionally.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  2. Basic understanding of GMP and quality systems.
  3. Strong SAP experience.
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Positive, energetic, and capable of managing multiple projects under pressure.
  6. Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.
  7. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  8. Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
