Key Responsibilities:

  • Present the width and depth of the product range to satisfy and inspire customers.
  • Maintain a fully stocked shop at all times to enable informed buying decisions.
  • Create a work environment of trust through open, constructive, honest two-way feedback with your team and colleagues.
  • Coach and develop your team by building competence and empowering them to meet individual and business goals.
Job Description:

As a Department Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and profitability within the home furnishing business. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales advisors and working closely with the Sales Department to create a seamless shopping experience for customers.
