About this Role:
  • As a Visual Merchandising Co-worker, you will contribute to positioning the store as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market.
  • You will provide home furnishing solutions for single products or combinations of products to improve people's lives at home.
  • You will demonstrate the uniqueness of our product range through your visual merchandising skills and techniques in different displays in-store, distinguishing us from the competition.
  • You will engage others by visualizing and presenting commercial ideas.
  • You will work with new and unique display concepts to motivate people to visit the store more frequently.
Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to positioning the store as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market.
  • Provide home furnishing solutions for single products or combinations of products to improve people's lives at home.
  • Demonstrate the uniqueness of our product range through your visual merchandising skills and techniques in different displays in-store, distinguishing us from the competition.
  • Engage others by visualizing and presenting commercial ideas.
  • Work with new and unique display concepts to motivate people to visit the store more frequently.
Requirements:
  • Be passionate about implementing designs from sketches into reality, with proven ability to work in fast-paced retail environments.
  • Be curious and driven to understand home furnishing and people's everyday lives at home, grasping the fundamentals of visual merchandising principles.
  • Be a creative thinker with commercial visual competence and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Be a competent team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience in REVIT, design qualifications, previous Visual Merchandising experience, and experience in Adobe Creative Cloud & Microsoft Office are preferred.
