Additional information:
- This role is Permanent Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight

- You also have the availability to work 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday as well as rotating weekends and occasional public holidays
**About this work area**As an Interior Design Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Coaching and mentoring your Interior Design team through setting clear expectations, direction and follow up.
- Contributing to positioning the IKEA store as the first choice for home furnishing in your local market.
- Using the richness of the IKEA product range to show distinct and different styles that appeal to many individual tastes and needs.
- Reflecting the IKEA identity and creating visual impact in all commercial, sales support and co-worker areas.
- Recruiting, developing, and leading your team by encouraging open, constructive, and honest, two-way feedback.
As an Interior Design Manager you are or you have:
- A true passion and deep knowledge of home furnishing and people's lives at home with a strong ability to inspire and strengthen home furnishing competence with your store team.
- A motivational leader who can engage people fully to reach set goals and generate growth and long-term profitability.
- Confident in communicating, influencing, and coaching others and continually seek new opportunities to improve the way we work, and encourage your team to do so.
- Clear technical strengths, with experience working with graphic design software and production tools including InDesign, Revit, Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
