We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to join our team in the window furnishings industry.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 35 years of experience supplying domestic and commercial markets to showcase their skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manufacture and assemble blinds on site in a state-of-the-art facility, demonstrating exceptional technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer queries and issues via incoming calls, providing effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage and maintain case files to track orders, queries, and reworks, ensuring accurate data entry and timely completion.
  • Cross-check work for accuracy and enter/rework as necessary, maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • Filing of invoiced orders and paperwork completed daily, promoting efficient administrative processes.
  • Liaise with production supervisors and demonstrate product knowledge, enhancing collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-training on window furnishing products to enhance knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience, ideally in the blind industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Effective customer complaint resolution experience, with the ability to build strong customer relationships quickly.
  • Able to provide intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with Netsuite experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a team-oriented approach to feedback and process improvement opportunities.
  • Self-motivated to continually improve customer satisfaction, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
