About the Role:

Associate - Investor Services

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating project work across diverse teams such as legal, operations, sales, and marketing to ensure seamless onboarding of new distribution partners effectively.
  • Providing operational support in onboarding Blackstone Funds to various service providers, distribution platforms internationally, and investment platforms locally.
  • Responding to operational inquiries from distribution partners and internal sales teams regarding Blackstone investment offerings.
  • Maintaining communication with Blackstone business units, transfer agents, and other third-party service providers concerning account opening, client inquiries, issue resolution, and reconciliations.
  • Becoming well-acquainted with the operational platforms of distribution partners.
  • Implementing efficient and consistent processes across multiple funds in different regions.
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects, research, and proposals to strategize and facilitate Private Wealth expansion, including entry into new geographic markets and new business channels.
