Investment Associate – Real AssetsWe're seeking an Investment Associate to join a high-performing APAC-based real assets private equity firm focused on Sustainable Communities & Infrastructure across Asia Pacific, with particular emphasis on Japan, Australia, India, and New Zealand.
The mandate spans:Logistics WarehousingLand Lease CommunitiesDigital InfrastructureProperty DevelopmentBacked by a strong balance sheet and long-term global partnerships, the platform benefits from deep capital support.
Its investment strategy aims to develop high-quality, future-proof assets through specialist platforms, generating strong real estate returns and adding value through strategic development.The roleAs an Associate, you'll be part of a small, best-in-class Real Estate investments team led by senior professionals from tier-one investment backgrounds.You will be involved across the entire investment lifecycle, including origination, due diligence, financial modelling, transaction execution, and portfolio management.
You'll gain exposure to a diversified set of strategies across real assets and platforms, with direct involvement in live deals and development projects.What we're looking forWe are only considering candidates with investment banking experience.
Ideally, candidates will have:2-4 years of experience in tier-one investment banking with strong technical skills.Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.Strong commercial judgment and attention to detail.The ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.Real estate experience is beneficial but not required.
