**About the Role:**

A seasoned SAP MM consultant with extensive experience in supply chain transformation is sought by Hydrogen Group to lead a dynamic manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in migrating from SAP-ECC to S/4 HANA and possess excellent communication skills to run business workshops independently.

Operational excellence within a fast-paced manufacturing environment utilizing SAP S/4HANA is essential.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct an in-depth analysis of current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within the context of SAP S/4HANA transformation.
  • Implement best practices and leverage SAP MM functionalities within S/4HANA.
  • Determine user requirements for configuration and presentation of the SAP MM solution through interviews with functional, program-specific, or role-specific user groups.
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP MM modules within S/4HANA.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules (e.g., PP, SD, QM) within the S/4HANA environment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for SAP MM-related activities within S/4HANA.
  • Develop and execute change management plans to facilitate the adoption of SAP MM within the S/4HANA environment.
  • Provide comprehensive training to manufacturing personnel on SAP MM functionalities and best practices within S/4HANA.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM-related issues and errors within the S/4HANA context.

**Qualifications for SAP MM Consultant:**

  1. Extensive SAP MM industry experience - minimum 11+ years
  2. Excellent communication skills and ability to run business workshops independently
  3. At least three end-to-end SAP-MM implementations in S/4 HANA
  4. Significant experience in SAP SD module
  5. Overall supply chain experience
  6. Proven track record demonstrating strong team leadership, plus being hands-on in configuration

**Estimated Salary Range:** $160,000 - $170,000 per annum, including superannuation, based on the location and industry standards.
