Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive successful organisational change within our Transformation Delivery team.

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with frontline teams, business leaders and project teams, navigating intricacies of operational change delivery and delivering interim solutions that support frontline efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing change on large, complex initiatives, ideally gained in regulated sectors like insurance, banking or financial services. They will possess a strong understanding of contemporary change practices, methodologies, tools and behavioural science concepts.

Suitable candidates will also have excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels, with the ability to work through high ambiguity and change. A commitment to developing practical strategies driving sustainable change adoption is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading planning, implementation and evaluation of change management strategies across operational change and project portfolios.
  • Enabling successful transitions for individuals, teams and organisations from current to future states.
  • Minimising resistance and increasing adoption through effective change management practices.
  • Building organisational change capability and maturity through mentoring and capability uplift initiatives.
