As a key support professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service standards to our clients.

This position involves offering high-level assistance to a Principal Account Manager and ensuring seamless interactions with Gallagher clients.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert support to the Principal Account Manager
  • Coordinating and compiling new business quotes and renewals
  • Sustaining effective working relationships with insurers and clients
  • Ensuring timely completion of delegated tasks
  • Processing endorsements, removing suspended transactions, and cancelling policies
  • Gathering relevant client information and identifying key issues
  • Maintaining awareness of industry developments and client needs

This role demands strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering a positive experience for both the account manager and clients. Ideally, you will possess:
