About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and following up on outstanding premium payments.

This is a contract opportunity that offers flexible hours, hybrid working, and a supportive team environment. You will work independently through allocated lists and tasks, ensuring data integrity across internal systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and follow up on outstanding premium payments.
  • Maintain accurate payment and customer records, including expiry updates.
  • Ensure data integrity across internal systems.
  • Work with customers to establish and manage payment plans.
  • Provide administrative and billing support to your direct manager.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable is highly regarded.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Insurance or call centre experience is highly regarded.
  • Reliable, organised, and detail focused.
Benefits of the Role

This contract role is based in Maroochydore and offers flexibility and hybrid work arrangements. The contract is until December 2025 with the possibility of extension into 2026.
