Early Learning Program Manager Position

Our organization prides itself on fostering innovative and sustainable learning environments that cater to the diverse needs of our young learners.

This role requires an individual with a passion for early childhood education to collaborate with our team in creating a sense of belonging among our students. We value candidates who can bring a mature and professional approach to their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Design engaging activities and experiences tailored to the age groups and developmental stages of our children
  • Utilize leadership skills to mentor educators in achieving high standards of curriculum and documentation
  • Ensure the room is maintained to a high standard as a welcoming and safe environment for our students
  • Work collaboratively on rotating shifts from Monday to Friday between 6:30 am - 6:30 pm

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Possess a relevant ACECQA approved Diploma/Bachelor qualification
  • Hold a valid Working with Children's Check
  • Current certifications in Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid or willingness to obtain one
  • Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
