Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator to join our Centre team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support Educators in developing innovative early learning programs that foster children's growth and development.

You will build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, ensuring a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the Centre community.
  • Leading and guiding teams in implementing an innovative early learning program aligned with current best practices.
  • Documenting and sharing children's learning and development with families.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards).
  • Prior experience in long day-care.
  • Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
