About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee event operations, focusing on enhancing the guest experience through effective management and partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of a multi-faceted business efficiently.
- Supervise and train personnel in various phases of events.
- Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures to drive sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain records and reports as required.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in managing event operations, with a strong background in retail, hospitality, and catering.
- Excellent financial management skills, controlling expenses, stock levels, and KPIs.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, dealing professionally with diverse personalities.
- Proactive attitude, motivating and encouraging team members to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Reliable work ethic, attention to detail, and solid time management skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and maintain impeccable presentation, hygiene, and grooming standards.
