Senior Tailor - Melbourne Chadstone

Seeking an experienced Senior Tailor to join our team in Melbourne Chadstone. As a key member of the tailoring team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality repair and remaking services for luxury fashion products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized tailoring services to meet customer needs and extend the lifespan of luxury fashion products.
  • Provide expert advice on bespoke services and help customers reflect their individuality through style.
  • Collaborate with the team on sales, pre- and post-sales activities, and store-wide initiatives.
  • Maintain the tailoring area in pristine condition, adhering to visual merchandising standards.
  • Assist with store operational procedures, including inventory management and compliance with health & safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Good level of English language proficiency.
  • Sales experience, preferably in retail/customer service.
  • Strong communication skills with active listening and thoughtful engagement.
  • Problem-solving ability to identify issues, evaluate solutions, and make informed decisions.
  • Team player with collaboration skills and the ability to work towards common goals.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business and customer needs.
