Job Title: Global Health Operations Specialist
Description:
The successful candidate will provide country-level support to our Home Health Care teams on assigned clinical trials. This role entails collaborating directly with home health care organizations, agencies, and providers, as well as internal stakeholders involved in trial conduct.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential home care agencies and providers to support clinical trials.
- Manage vendor databases, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Project-related duties include identifying qualified agencies and providers, training personnel, document collection, and visit coordination.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research or a related healthcare field.
- Familiarity with clinical trials environment, project management, and team collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience in home health care or virtual trials is highly beneficial.
- Advanced professional degree (e.g., nursing, pharmacy) is an asset.
