Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Healthcare Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various projects within the Clinical Trials Program, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and monitoring project activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, setting clear objectives and identifying key performance indicators.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Analyze data and report on project performance, making recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare or research environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field, such as health science or public health.
