Project Manager: Healthcare Strategy

The role of Project Manager in Healthcare Strategy is to lead projects that drive improvement in patient care and outcomes. This involves working collaboratively with clinicians, administrators, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective project plans.

  • Developing project plans, budgets, and timelines;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives;
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines;
  • Analyzing data to inform project decisions and improve patient outcomes;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and clinical staff.
Responsibilities:
  • Leading strategic healthcare projects to enhance care delivery and improve patient outcomes;
  • Working independently or collaboratively with hospital sites or district-wide services;
  • Providing advice and guidance to local project teams on project management, implementation, and reporting requirements;
  • Implementing sustainable changes through effective project management and collaboration.

This position requires excellent project management skills, experience in leading quality improvement projects, analyzing large patient datasets, and understanding hospital revenue and operational aspects.
