Team Leadership Opportunity

This role is ideal for an empathetic leader who can motivate and support a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Customer Care Team Leader will lead, coach, and mentor the team to balance hands-on service delivery with leadership responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Customer Care team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Manage customer queries, orders, returns, and escalations across multiple channels.
  • Take ownership of complex issues and ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Monitor and analyse customer feedback to improve service.
  • Promote a customer-first mindset and model values in all interactions.

About You:

As a seasoned customer service professional, you'll have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role and demonstrated leadership ability. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a passion for people and customer experience.

  • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience guiding a team.
  • Strong business operations understanding and adaptability to evolving team needs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
