
Senior Customer Experience Manager

This role is ideal for an empathetic leader who can motivate and support a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The Customer Care Team Leader will lead, coach, and mentor the team to balance hands-on service delivery with leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Customer Care team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Manage customer queries, orders, returns, and escalations across multiple channels.
- Take ownership of complex issues and ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Monitor and analyse customer feedback to improve service.
- Promote a customer-first mindset and model values in all interactions.
About You:
As a seasoned customer service professional, you'll have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role and demonstrated leadership ability. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a passion for people and customer experience.

- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience guiding a team.
- Strong business operations understanding and adaptability to evolving team needs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
