Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead structural design of water and wastewater projects, including pump stations, pipelines and treatment plants.
  • Ensure technical quality from concept through detailed design.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to share knowledge and drive best practices.
  • Manage design packages or lead project components.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on design experience, ideally in consultancy environment.
  • Proven experience in water infrastructure design, particularly water retaining structures.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools, WSAA codes and Australian Standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset.
