About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Design Expert to play a key role in developing and maintaining our infrastructure roadmap.

You will work closely with business and operations teams to understand key activities, impacts, and options to feed into the roadmap.

  1. Develop and maintain Infrastructure Roadmap for Managed Services customer
  2. Identify and develop technology solutions
  3. Collaborate with business and operations team to understand key activities, impacts and options to feed into roadmap
  4. Analyze, design, and document ICT solutions for both on-prem and Cloud Solutions

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to work under broad direction and meet allocated technical, business and/or project objectives. Key skills include:

  4. Results orientation

The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of a broad range of ICT systems and experience in providing expert level advice and thought leadership on technical specifics.

  1. Working knowledge of ICT systems such as Cloud, Windows OS, Virtualisation, Networking, Databases, Middleware, Firewall, Storage etc., and how they relate and inter-operate
  2. Detailed working knowledge of specific technology areas
  3. Ability to provide expert level advice, thought leadership and experience on technical specifics, known issues, possible pitfalls with SME technologies
  4. Understanding of avenues for technical escalation with technologies within an ecosystem
