Founding Teacher Role

We are seeking a Founding Teacher to join our team and play a vital role in shaping the curriculum, pedagogy, and policies of our new school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the collaborative planning, implementation and evaluation of school curriculum.
  • Play an instrumental role in the development and implementation of contemporary educational practices to support the learning and wellbeing of all students across the school.
  • Actively participate in shaping the curriculum, pedagogy, and policies to tailor teaching practices to meet the specific needs of your students.

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum, including the ability to incorporate the teaching of literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in responding to student learning needs.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
