Founding Early Education Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced early childhood educator to lead our kindergarten program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality education and creating a supportive learning environment.
The Role- Develop and implement curriculum that fosters cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth in children.
- Collaborate with educators to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, problem-solving, and self-confidence.
- Evaluate and improve program effectiveness to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and specialists to support children's development and well-being.
- Relevant experience working with young children and a Bachelor of Early Learning or higher qualification.
- Valid VIT registration and Working With Children Check.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
