About the Financial Crimes Analyst Role

Protect our members and organisation from financial crime by identifying patterns, anomalies and emerging threats using data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and investigate suspicious matter reports and internal referrals related to financial crime.
  • Review daily forensic reports and fraud detection scenarios.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather evidence and identify control improvements.

Our ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent written and verbal presentation skills, and experience in investigations and case analysis.

  • You'll be a skilled communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills.
  • You'll pick up problems and come up with quick solutions.
  • You'll have experience in financial services and understand financial crime risks.
  • You'll be proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • You'll know or be willing to learn AML/CTF and fraud detection techniques.
  • You'll be comfortable working with data and transaction monitoring tools.
