Production Team Lead - SRE - Fintech

What you'll do:

  • Lead a high-performing production engineering team managing live trading systems.
  • Own incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvements.
  • Drive automation, observability, and proactive monitoring to reduce manual intervention.
  • Coordinate global follow-the-sun support and ensure seamless market operations.
  • Collaborate with developers, traders, and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance.
Tech Stack:
  • Linux / Unix, Python, Bash
  • Kubernetes, Docker, AWS / GCP
CI/CD Pipelines:
  • Jenkins, GitLab
Observability Tools:
  • Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk
Requirements
  • 8+ years in production engineering, SRE, or trading systems support
  • Hands-on experience with incident management and automation in mission-critical environments
  • Strong team leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and growing engineers
  • Comfortable troubleshooting distributed systems and optimizing for performance
  • Financial services or low-latency trading experience a plus, but not required
